Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled up to 7 business days from the date of service at no cost.
  • For cancellations made within less than 7 business days but at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, a 50% charge of the total order value will apply.
  • For cancellations made within less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date, the full order value of 100% will be charged.
    In the event of a no-show for the service or order, the full payment of 100% of the order value is required.

Terms of Payment

  • Payment for the order will be processed upon confirmation by the company. Any additional charges incurred during the service will be settled at the conclusion of the service.
  • The prices mentioned above apply to one direction only. For round-trip services, the price will be doubled.
  • Payment methods accepted include credit card or bank transfer.
    Please note that the prices for the services do not include VAT.
  • The exchange rate for the dollar will be determined based on the publicly announced billing day rate, with a minimum rate of NIS 3.6 per dollar.
  • If the customer is a tourist, they must provide a B2 tourist entry permit for Israel along with a matching passport photo. In such cases, there is no additional VAT charge for the services.

DAILY SERVICE

  • The pricing for a day on the DAILY SERVICE is calculated based on a 9-hour duration and up to 200 km of travel. Beyond this time or additional kilometers, a charge will be added based on the type of vehicle specified in the price list or the quote.
  • The vehicle attachment pricing is calculated based on the start of the pick-up service within the Gush Dan area (which includes Tel Aviv, Petah Tikva, Ramat-Gan, Rishon Lezion, and Ben Gurion Airport). If a customer is picked up outside of the Gush Dan area, the additional kilometers and time required to reach the customer’s location from the Gush Dan area will be added to the daily calculation of kilometers.
  • When traveling to the airport or any other destination, the waiting time calculation will commence from the originally scheduled pick-up time.
  • For vehicle attachments lasting one day or longer, an additional fee will apply for parking, toll roads, or any other necessary expenses incurred during that period.

  • When traveling from the airport, the driver will wait for up to an hour and fifteen minutes from the actual landing time. If the customer does not contact the driver during this period, the customer will be charged for the entire reservation cost, plus an additional 45 minutes of waiting time, after which the customer will be released.
  • If the customer contacts the driver during this time and requests the driver to wait beyond the initial hour and fifteen minutes, the driver will wait for the customer until the customer releases the driver and the service is provided.
  • For the additional waiting time, the customer will be billed according to the rates specified for the ordered vehicle, as listed in the price list or the customer-approved price quote.
  • A trip from the airport will not incur waiting charges for the first 45 minutes from the time of landing, starting from the actual landing time. Beyond that, waiting charges will apply, determined by the vehicle type booked, for each additional hour or part thereof, calculated proportionally to the waiting time beyond the initial 45 minutes.
  • Our vehicles will be delivered to the customer in a clean and orderly condition. Eating inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited; however, if necessary, the driver may stop at a designated refreshment station to allow the customer to have a meal in an orderly manner.
  • Should the customer return the vehicle in a dirty condition, such as due to vomiting, spilling drinks on the upholstery, or any other substances, a cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.

The document uses masculine language for convenience but applies to both men and women. By booking our services, the customer hereby confirms that they are over 18 years old. It is the responsibility of the passenger to provide accurate details when making a booking. The company or its representatives are not liable for any issues, failures, or delays in service delivery caused by incorrect or missing information submitted by the passenger or on behalf of the passenger in the booking form. This includes passenger names, the number of passengers, travel destination, pickup location, pickup time, passenger contact number, flight number, and landing time. Once the service has been provided, the passenger will not be eligible for a refund unless permitted by the company’s discretion or applicable law. In cases of airport transfers where the pickup time is determined by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure sufficient time for check-in procedures.



The company is not liable for any changes that may affect a passenger or their flight, including any resulting expenses. The company retains the right to modify the pick-up date based on the publicly known revised departure and arrival dates. The choice of vehicle used to provide the service is solely at the company’s discretion. If a passenger fails to appear at the designated meeting point after the scheduled pick-up time, it will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the passenger will be charged the full payment for the ordered services. The company is not responsible for any delays or service failures that are not directly attributable to the company. Payment rates will be as specified in the company’s up-to-date price list. Some of the services may be subcontracted to third parties, and such subcontracting shall not give rise to any claims for service cancellation or any other claims by the customer. 



Prices shown by the company exclude VAT, which will be added as required by law at the time of payment. The company is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or losses during trips, including accidents, thefts, or baggage issues, unless mandated by law. Passengers cannot make claims against third-party service providers. The company is not responsible for third-party services, including airport facilities, and disclaims liability for any ordered services or their availability.


In cases of force majeure (e.g., accidents, vehicle issues, weather conditions), the company is not responsible for any delays or damages. The company will notify the customer if possible. These conditions apply after full approval by the company.
